Pay Matrix and Qualification 

• Professor: Minimum Pay Level of the Post: Pay Level 14A (159100 – 220200) as per revised Pay
• Associate Professor: Minimum Pay Scale of the Post: Pay Level 13A2 (139600 –211300) as per revised Pay Scale

Qualification: Detailed educational qualification, experience and other criteria for selection of faculty positions shall be as per the Schedule “E” of the First Statutes of NIT (Amendment Statues, 2017) (Ref. How to Apply

• This is a Rolling Advertisement; therefore, applicants can submit their online applications at any time on or after the opening date. However, every year processing of the applications by the Departments may be done in two cycles and the deadlines are generally 30th June (First Cycle) and 31st December (Second Cycle) of the respective year or as decided by the Institute at any time considering the vacancy positions and department wise requirements.
• The eligible candidates will be required to apply through online application submission portal https://hr.nita.ac.in/.
• Candidates are advised to make sure that all the details as entered are correct before final submission. The online portal will allow the candidate to take print of the filled-in application after successful electronic submission.
• Every completed online application shall be identified by a unique application reference number. The applicant has to take printout of the online application after final submission.
• There is no need to send any hard copy of the application. However, at the time of documents verification online generated application along with annexure with signature are to be submitted.
